I go in the drive through to order some chicken and before I can complete my sentence the employee says no to everything! Yo, if you want to be triflent to folks get a new dang job with yo triflent self! Ya nasty! If you choose to work in a customer service environment treat the customers with respect. This kfc has so many negative reviews for a reason ya 'll! DO NOT GO HERE! GO TO BOJANGLES OR POPEYES! They take 3 hours anyway to give you your food and it will messed up anyway.
If I could give this location no stars I would. Every time I go to this location they never have any chicken ready. How is it possible to be a chicken restuarant and never have any ready. The owner needs to realize how much business your losing due to your slack laid back employees not doing there jobs.

I work as a door dasher as a side job and this locations customer service was through the roof! They were out of the famous bowl for the customer as well as mash potatoes so they offered to see if she wanted fried chicken, green beans and mac and cheese instead and as an apology even gave her 2 free additional sides as an apology for being short supply.
If the chicken is fresh, that's usually not the case. The service leaves much to be desired as well. When there’s a mistake—though it depends on who's working—staff often act as if resolving their errors is an inconvenience or that they're doing you a favor by correcting it. If the service were better and the Chick-fil-A food was consistently fresh, it would be worth the visit. Overall, unless you're in a hurry, it might be best to look elsewhere.
