Pabst Milwaukee Brewing

We went for dinner but they didn 't serve dinner that night. This was despite giving us a dinner menu after we sat down. Nowhere on the restaurant 's website or inside the establishment was there any indication that it was only serving dinner on certain nights. The waitress explained that this was a change because it had been slow for dinner. Problem was, we had tickets to an event and now were stuck with nowhere to eat prior to the event. At the very least, the restaurant should have been upfront about the fact that dinner wasn 't being served when a group of eight made a reservation and should have had signage to indicate that and shouldn 't have passed out a dinner menu!

Although I've rated the various dining experiences very low, the reason was due to the disappointment of making a reservation, the restaurant excepting the reservation and driving for over an hour to get to the restaurant only to be told they were not serving dining room food on Mondays.

Had a great time celebrating our birthdays and engagement! It was very casual, with friends coming to hang out and leaving whenever, enjoying the many beers and atmosphere!

We were very impressed with the service and the menu had just the right selection. We went for the beer but will come back for the food. Highly recommend for almost any occasion.

Definitely a place to enjoy the Pabst beer line up. Had a great 5% alcohol root beer! Beer hall style seating long shared tables with a couple 4 tops. Could be quite loud if busy since it is mainly hard surfaces and high ceilings. Architecturally very interesting with a very cool Pabst light fixture on ceiling. Will be a good place to watch games w/ flat screens at the bar and a large projection screen opposite. Food was good but not really a place for dinner more of a sandwich w/ beer. Not a full bar.
