We had an incredibly good charcuterie platter, followed by a vegan surfing and turf... I'm still stunned!
Maybe one of the best fake meat-based meals I've ever had. This place really goes the extra mile for vegans and vegetarians. The server was knowledgeable about veganism and has tried all menu items so that we helped to decide. The "Surf and Turf" was exceptional and the charcuterie board from Herbivorous Butcher is fun and tasty. Usually I would assume to eat depressed in a hotel restaurant; outside the Wynn hotels they are not really known for the care of vegans. Circumstance forced me to eat here, but I enjoyed it so much I will be safe again.
I can't believe how poorly they made the pancakes! However, I did enjoy the fact that they were cooked perfectly. The second time I ordered, they were just as good. To top it off, they were a bit salty and had a hint of Karo syrup in the mix. The server was nice, but I couldn't believe I paid $35 for pancakes and bacon that I couldn't even finish.
The salmon coconut shrimp was delicious. The Thai curry could use more sauce, but you can ask for extra. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The steak we ordered was quite overdone however the manager more than made up for the error. Food was great and I was happy to see local beer on tap.
