We were able to order our daughters meal with our appetizer and the manager was more than willing to be playful to keep our daughter interested in more than being hungry. The food portion for my daughter was more than enough (she loves quick meals at home) and the appetizer (arancini: fried rice balls) were absolutely amazing. Only downfall was small sauce container for 4 large balls-but we are sauce crazy people and could have easily ordered more. Our main courses arrived not long after finishing our appetizer and they were piping hot! Nothing better than flavorful, fresh Italian food to go along with our bread. My wife wasn 't so keen on the spice in her dish but despite the heat from the chili we were both pleased with the flavor of the meal. We mentioned that when asked by the manager about our food and she was willing to replace it-we kindly declined as it was fine. My penne dish was sweeter than anticipated but brought so much flavor to my palate I didn 't care to mention as I was busy enjoying the delightful combination of sweet and savory. Penne con ragu alla romana has to be my new favorite Italian dish. I am not sure the reason but my daughter and I ordered crème brule while I told my wife to get the chocolate torta. The desserts were spot on and when we got the bill they weren 't on there. The manager comped the desserts for us! Such an amazing ambiance and the wait staff was smiling and waving at my daughter who said hello to everyone.
