In a very chilled atmosphere due to the absence of heating and the door open to the street, we chose to eat a leg of duck confit with small vegetables. So far, nothing to complain about in terms of quality and quantity. But it was with the cassoulet that things got worse. Reheated to oblivion in the oven, I was only able to consume a little third of it. Burnt duck, sausage in the same dry state and beans without any sauce. In short, a complete failure. After reporting to the waiter, we expected a small commercial gesture such as offering desserts or subtracting the cassoulet from the bill. But we were considered to the end as consumers who were just ready to pay the bill. So I would like to point out a basic business principle. A restaurateur and his customers operate in a partnership relationship. The customer needs the restaurateur to feed himself for a moment, but the restaurateur needs the customer permanently to live. Neglecting customer needs prevents customer loyalty. That day, we were taken for “pigeons” but it was the last time. If someone asks me about this restaurant, the praise will not be there. Sincerely.
