Little Caesars Pizza - Missoula

Weekday is great!! Evening and weekends are cruel. Do not order the chicken wings unless you want pinfeathers and uncooked crazy bread regularly. Then the staff will not answer the phone, or I was even told that they had no crazy bread 20min before closing, although it is serious only pizza dough cut into sections. Go weekdays if you are smart and want edible arrangements.

In the last two weeks the order at this small Caesars site has tried twice, unsuccessful. They tried to call, they didn't answer. Have tried to order online, website currently does not say orders. Also tried to get a hot and finished pizza in person, the workers immediately went back to the kitchen while their co-workers with friend and did not pay attention to me or other males trying to make orders. We have been customers of this site for years, have never had this kind of service before. I understand that there is a labour shortage, but that is ridiculous.

I went to Little Caesars a few days ago and was not impressed at all. Customer service was awesome and I, together with other customers, waited at least 10 min before even helped or approached. None of the employees worked aside of maybe 2, and the others went around and one was on their phone leaning against the wall. The manager asked the girl on the phone to put it, and she said no and laughed and ran to another place to play on her phone, and this whole time there was a line all the way out of the doors. There were no pizzas ready, but a cpl and no one made. That was very unprofessional and a little to say.

Waiting for 30 minutes after the time the site said would be ready. Came into the store and two female employees joined behind the counter. A couple came and checked the other Hickeys. Music on the back. Staff check friends drive through the restaurant. Extremely unprofessional.

Went in to get a cheese pizza and some sticks the blonde curly headed boy was very rude. When I asked for the breadsticks he asked if I wanted marinara I responded with ?no but can I get some garlic sauce instead?? He then bent down and mumbled something. I said ?what? and he said ?I?m not even gonna worry about it if you can?t even understand me?
