Maybe pay attention to who’s in the restaurant when you’re speaking. I’m a manager and half of this wouldn’t fly with me. My parents and I always stopped here when we were in town. We loved the A&W but now we are upset with how horrible the service is. I have made chicken in the past, and it doesn’t take this long. The guy in the back just wasnt paying attention when our simple nuggets were called many times. I’m not upset with the girls working cause they were working. But these guys in the back. And I get you worked all day. I’ve pulled more hours. But I mean you need to put your customers first. Waiting this long is insanity. And I’m still waiting while typing this and they are too busy talking about leaving them paying attention to their jobs. Again maybe wanna check the room for customers waiting. I’m not the person to complain. Been in customer service for far too long and I understand everything. But I mean, the lack of caring. Buffet ha ha that's funny, since we've been here there has been one piece of chicken, no biscuits. This place is a freaking joke. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
In 65 years of life, I have never seen, nor can I in any way conceive of a worse buffet of any kind anywhere. It was minimally, without exaggeration, 100 degrees in tge dining area. There were 2 pieces of chicken on the buffet and not much variety of anything else. There were no biscuits. We were given small water cups for our drinks. It was 11.99 per person. There was a scratched on No refunds on the sign. I can see why. It was truly a HORRIBLE experience. If you 're going out to eat, I 'd suggest anywhere else...even grazing in the yard. I just want to thank Kyle and Hayden for their professionalism and kindness. These two do such a GREAT job in the customer relations department that I'd recommend them both for a job ANYWHERE. Charged for drinks then told no ice. Long wait for food that was not good. Biscuits had a funny taste to them. Threw them away.
