830 on a Friday night and can not order any type of offered, they cause all frozen together with chicken cums all frozen . can not get white meat for 2 price, unless they want to wait 16 minutes. I said I'm not coming after the last time a few months ago. hubby wants to go, but I think he's getting my drift now.

This place has reached the avoid at all cost ratings. eat tastes over warmed. the service is excellent in a time, but terrible the most time. they probably haven't opened the dining room because they're ashamed. before they closed the deck, the floors and tables were dirty and the buffet was ignored. it was terrible at the time and worse now. When I'm over there, I'm always surprised to see it open. no customers, but it's open. if it remains, it won't be long opened. who owns the franchise does not react to complain. I can only assume they don't care.

I had a terrible experience during my recent visit. They were pulling every car aside to improve drive-thru times, and when I was there, there were eight cars waiting. When I finally received my order, I noticed that my sides (fries) were missing. I informed the person who brought out my order, and they went inside, only to return with fries that were ice cold. The sandwiches, which are advertised as being freshly cooked when you order, were at best lukewarm. Overall, it was a disappointing visit, and I won't be returning to this location.

One of the managers at this location is extremely rude. I had to leave and go to another location because of her attitude. I wouldn’t normally complain, but this isn’t the first time it’s happened.

Latanya, the manager, took my order when I arrived. I know she had worked from the morning to the evening and she was as vibrant and as welcoming as one could be. I thoroughly enjoy KFC, however, it is because of Latanya’s positive attitude and customer centric approach that I will become a repeat customer. Thanks Latanya!
