I ordered a big sandwich, but they didn't have enough meat for big ones. I stopped another time and they couldn't serve me because they were from disposable gloves. It looks like I went another time, and the through-run illuminated sign was on, but the passing was closed. It looks like every time I go.
I'll never order here again. I order 3 different meals with waiters and my entire order was wrong. When I called the store, I asked myself as a manager. You said it wasn't one working today. But I ended up with a very rude employee answering the phone she wouldn't give her name and just said I spoke to an employee. I'm so disappointed with my food. She said a manager will be tomorrow, that's Sunday, March 17, 2019. And gave me the name Janice, who can't be correct. And I also have some pictures of the subs. After instructions is a must when people repair food and also customer service skills!
It 's 9:22, they close at 9:30. Noone answers at the drivethru so I drive around to the window where both ladies inside make eye contact then continue to shut it down without so much as a we closed early, sorry . This is consistently the level of service that I receive at this location. Sucks because they are so close to my house.
The personal is friendly, especially the manager. If you see something you don't like, they don't care to get more out and replace with something fresh. I never had a problem with the personal or my eating.
