Almost every time, something will be missing from your order, usually something like fries that you wouldn't want to drive back to get. It makes you question if this is a scam or if they intentionally mess up orders. They try to blame the delivery service provider instead of taking responsibility. I would not recommend this restaurant.
I wouldn't recommend dining at this restaurant as they are consistently ineffective at getting orders correct, the service is extremely slow, the food is not prepared correctly, and it is served cold.
When I first entered this McDonald's, everything seemed normal. However, when I ordered a Whopper, I was attacked with a baseball bat and thrown behind the counter. As I lay on the floor, everything went dark. I woke up to the smell of spoiled meat and found myself in the basement of Andrew Tate's house, about to be put through a meat grinder. Determined not to become a child's meal, I managed to escape and encountered Michael Jackson doing the "griddy" upstairs. Shocked to see him back from the grave, I stumbled and fell through a microwave into the back rooms. With the help of Obama and The Red Imposter, I escaped the back rooms and returned to McDonald's, only to find that my order for the Whopper had never been placed. Frustrated, I contacted the developers of Super Mario Maker and falsely reported an emergency. Overall, the experience was far from enjoyable and I will not be returning.
Extremely busy when we arrived, service wasn’t to bad considering. Quality of meal was below normal standard. Toilets were dirty and lots of rubbish on tables.
Our experience at Moe McDonald’s was very disappointing. There is a few things to mention, firstly and most importantly the lack of concern around PPE a particular young woman wore her mask below her nose nearly revealing her mouth the entire time. We also witnessed another girl open a burger box using her bare fingers to open the burger to see what it was. We thought to check our order before we left as what we had seen didn’t leave us confident that our order was right, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt but our order was wrong, very wrong. The front staff appeared to be all young females, one in particular working very hard (appeared to be in a management position)? But the rest giggling and mucking about. Work can and should be fun but there is also a professional standard to adhere to. Won’t be back, which is unfortunate because of it’s convenient location when on the road.
