Wendy's - Monaca

Had not been to this location since they remodeled and added the TV Fireplace. There was a small line, but the crew was in high gear and nobody felt abused.

To start off with, I had a horrible experience here today. The workers were rude. They handed our burgers to us half open and slopped every where. They got our orders wrong and tried to blame us for opening someone else’s burger that they handed to us. “ we were just making sure our order was right.” I would never in a million years open someone else’s meal!!!! Horrible experience and has happened multiple times to other people I know! Ridiculous!!!!

New to the area , loved the service food was hot and cheap

I went to this Wendy's and I was able to eat inside, the restaurant was very clean inside and the staff was very helpful and friendly, a job well done by all involved, I will visit this restaurant again.

Food was great everyone was so nice even though they were closing in 15 min. Thank you
