Zest - Monbulk

Got the big breakfast minus mushroom and tomato everything was cooked perfectly and wasn't too busy staff were all friendly and food came out really fast.

We had some lovely handmade club sandwiches for a group of 35. We managed to squeeze amongst the lunchtime crowd. There were vegie and meat fillings and an arrangement of fruit.

Came to zest by chance as the kitchen in the general food store was closed. We came in and were greeted by friendly smiles, a lovely lady brought us menus and told us that their kitchen was just about to close but she told them to stay open just a tad longer so we could order some lunch. I had their breakfast crumble which was the prettiest little plate i ever did see! But believe me, it tasted even better than it looked. It was sweet but not overly sweet, it had the right crunch from the granola and a nice bit of tartness from the berry compote and fresh berries and tangerine. I also ordered a soy latte and it was perfect. I highly recommend Zest, would definitely return if I’m in the area again!

Long time local, first time visitor. Great service. Excellent food. Moderate pricing. Coffee perfectly made, Coffee beans and milk unburnt. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with a side of “smoked salmon for $4” they gave me at least half the population of salmon. “Which was amazing” I will most certainly be back, And I would recommend Zest to anyone whose looking for tasty breakfast foods and well made coffees.

A lovely cafe with friendly staff and excellent food. Very happy to accommodate our coeliac child and knowledgeable about gluten free requirements.
