Sorry on the Sunday lunch at Le Central 1 week ago I had the pizza it wasn’t very good . I had hyped the Roman style al taglio pizza to my girlfriend , thought hey great this place I never tried Morso makes it ! We decided to try and we went : we ate outside in front .. The Margherita was the worst we took a slice with slices of zucchini pizza , mushroom and another I can’t remember. The slices were ok lacked salt but good taste in general yes but Unlike Roman style pizza they were too light lacking density typical of this pizza I come and my family is from Rome cheese was greasy why? They use seemingly good mozzarella? thankfully they give you really good thick napkins ! the tomato Marguerita pizza I complained about was really not happy with my pizza the rest were ok ,more crispy but still not as I expected.the tomato : not crispy , like naan bread ??? The gentleman behind the counter gave us a discount and said it was the only one that was from the day before and rewarmed ???? Excuse me but sell it at a discount and not at regular price no ? And tell the customer this before if this Roman style pizza was in fact done well even warmed the day after it would be a bit drier but still very crispy and good .. disappointed we left and that oily lactose like aftertaste bothered us all day I was embarrassed I pushed my girlfriend to go I wanted to like Morso but will not go back I’ll go to Redipizza in LaSalle that is truely Roman style pizza Morso was closer that’s why I went there to try OR they had a off sunday ? Making good Roman style pizza is time consuming work! other pizzas from morso were good but lacked salt not the tomato margherita on this day but in general not real Roman style but trying to be similar and too pricy maybe because in le central ? For tourists? for what was served
"The thick crust pizza at le central foodcourt is delicious. They offer a wide range of flavors with exquisite toppings such as truffle and hazelnut. Additionally, they bake it right in front of you. Each slice is priced at about $5-6, but they have promotions for 2, 3, and 12 slices."
I love this restaurant because you can try a variety of pizzas in one meal. The food is always fresh and high quality, and the service is fast. They also have a great selection of Italian drinks for adults. The potato pizza is especially delicious and perfect for sharing with friends. This is a great choice for a meal out with friends.
The Margherita pizza is just delicious! Service was super friendly
