Moe's Southwest Grill - MORROW

Jesus the wait did not have to be as long as it was. If the employees would have sped up a bit, then I could have been in and out, but they kept stopping what they were going and start talking to each other. I didn't want to seem rude, I conflicted to say anything and when I did I caught a snappy attitude. Most of the drink options at the fountain were out and the salsa bar was a mess with all salsas less than half. The food was good though.

I've been (was a loyal customer for years. This location has gone down. The staff is horrible they don't greet customers upon entrance anymore, they are always out of something (meat, salsa, nachos, containers etc. , it's not clean in there at all, the employees act as if they don't want to be at work and the manager with the nappy wig has rude unprofessional attitude (it definitely reflects on the employees

I haven't been here for some time and noticed that the menu had changed. All you have to ask for more is pay extra. But the server did not welcome me to just stand there. The bowl was terrible and very little food. Order a big drink for sweet tea, and the sweet tea was unsweetened. I said the employees checked the sweet tea and he said we were made of sugar. Wth! The mixed drink machine got more than half of the menu was out of service. Great customer service! Greedy and co-workers. You just want to get your money at the end up paid $35 for 2 bowls steak with cheese and few pieces of chips and unwanted drink waste of money. Say goodbye to this place!

The ordering process was smooth. Unfortunately, the person was sweating and wondering if we know someone looking for a job. Unfortunately, the Drab dining area supported its request. Based on what looked fresh, I ordered the steak bowl and it was okay.

I am pleased that the entire staff at this point has been replaced by more positive and energetic people. When I went through the door, I felt welcome! Welcome to Moe? was declared with pride and I felt like I just entered a room full of family. A great thank you to James, Quadravius, Quienton and Lamont that real hospitality still exists! My food was great!
