Service can be a bit slow, although it seems to be improving. Whoever is managing this one must encourage employees to upcharge for boba because this location is incredibly stingy with how much boba is in the drinks that should include it. It barely covers the bottom of the cup, while at other locations it goes up about an inch from the bottom of the cup. You can get this here, if you pay extra for it. Nice try. I would have overlooked it, but it has happened every single time I've asked for this drink for months. I'm not fond of being asked to pay extra for something that is included at every other Biggby location which is why I rarely go to this one anymore.The food is consistent with other Biggby's, but the service speed is all over the place with this entire chain.
Coffee is always just right at drinking temp when we get it so you almost have to drink it all right away.
They will not answer there phones and it’s really starting to get
This place was rough. My friend and I were visiting from out of town. We each ordered a coffee through the drive thru. We pulled up to pay and one of the employees was trying to split up a tip jar between several different workers. I watched as she added, then added again as drive through backed up 20 cars deep. All I could do was sit there and stare and wonder why on earth she was doing that in that moment and leaving drive thru unattended. Hopefully it was a fluke and better service is norm…? I have my doubts.
