We were in the hotel and had a chance to taste many different dishes, but I wish we had a little more time to try all! the highlight was that since then steak. the best I've ever tried by far! the staff is very friendly and they made us welcome. the place is exceptionally clean, minimal, in a quiet opposite. it was all we needed, beautiful pool view and warm environment. we are coming back in a definitiw.
I was really excited to try this high-quality vegan restaurant, which is also a vegan hotel. there were some nice ideas and some of the food was delicious, but I think it could be improved. if I look, I want to see the vegetable center stage. there were many meat and fish substitutes, such as watermelons thunfisch and mushroom sonics. they tried so hard to imitate these foods that I think the overall quality was reduced. there was a delicious “amuse bouche” that was umami perfection. it had elements of sushi and caviar. I had a delicious starter of the smokey aubergine that was beaten. the starter of cannabis bread with gooseberry cream and truffle was interesting and a good taste combination. the main course was smaller than the starter. my was “explosive secret”: 4 tiny ravioli, with seemingly missing spherical vegetables. the “Parmesan warps” were not a beautiful texture, but the crispy tofu was beautiful. my partner had the fungal scavenger “Against the Waves”. the mushroom scallops were not a pleasant texture: they could have been sweetened heart-shaped with umami, but they were not rounded in taste. the seatang was good, but overall too much fishiness! because the parts were small (we were warned, but were still surprised because they were very small), we both had desserts. they were huge! my partner had the delicious “Mond Shot” that was as good as a dessert as the best tiramisu. I had “Lava Land”, a self-conspirating chocolate pudding with a mysterious mushroom aroma. there were delicious pistachio ice cream. I found the lovely pudding very hard, rich and sweet after so easy hearty cures and made me feel a little sick! it really hurts me to leave this critique because I love what they want to do. I want this fine eating vegan experience, but do not want to lose the satisfaction of the really good cooking and balance of the aromen. also local aromen and ideas would be welcome: from the tradition of Greek cuisine there are so many possibilities. I hope the cook when he reads this takes this as constructive feedback.
Absolutely beautiful! came back several times! this is a must for a fancy date night! amazing service as well as very friendly and eager staff!
Such a great culinary experience. Each dish demonstrates creativity and flair. The 6 hour seitan with red wine sauce was the best seitan I’ve ever tasted! The chocolate soufflé was perfect in both aesthetics and taste. It is clear that all the ingredients have been carefully chosen and prepared. They have an extensive wine list and cocktail/mocktail menu too. The restaurant setting is very tranquil and the staff are friendly but not intrusive. I’d recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for unique cuisine, celebrating a special occasion, or just interested in veganism. We definitely plan on coming back as soon as possible!
