It seems that the chef who specialized in vegan cooking is no longer working here. If you still want to give this place a chance, I suggest making reservations and ensuring that the original chef is the one cooking.
The menu at this restaurant offers a variety of delicious vegan options. My top picks are the tantan and fried chicken dishes.
The staff at this restaurant is incredibly knowledgeable about the macrobiotic menu. The chicken patty bites are outstanding, and the tantans are some of the best I've had outside of Nagoya. Be sure to request the macrobiotic menu when you visit.
I have the macrobiotic tantanisms and macrobiotic carats. Both were quite delicious and would order them again. Since this restaurant is a tonkatsu restaurant, it is a good place to go if you are looking for a way to eat with non-vegan friends. I booked a day earlier, which I would recommend.
Visited on november 2020, had the most terrible nude dish I ever had. as it turns out, the master chef with vegan cooking skills is no longer in the kitchen. If they still want to try this place, I strongly recommend them to make reservations and make sure that he is one kitchen.
