Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónLarge coffee shop near coles, a great way to relieve either before or after shopping. great coffee with friendly staff. dear that reads the plaque. restless art to smile the face of men.
I visited Good Bean Café around 1:30 in the afternoon after a very stressful and eventful morning. My car had broken down and I had a morning from hell, sitting in my car on a dangerous stretch of road in sweltering heat. Eventually, I was able to find a repair shop for my car, but I was in desperate need of a break. I was warmly greeted by a female and male staff member who went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The refreshing cup of coffee and delicious croissant helped revive me. The male staff member even offered to drive me to the repair shop, but I opted for a taxi. He kindly arranged for a taxi to pick me up when it was time to collect my car. Good coffee and food are important in any café, but the exceptional service and generosity I experienced at Good Bean Café yesterday make it a superior establishment that I highly recommend.
I keep coming back regularly to this restaurant because they serve fast and high-quality espresso. Plus, they always have tasty bites that are perfect for starting the day off right.
Consistent good coffee. long waiting times, although it is very popular. good for taking, not much sitting opportunity provided, since cafe is quite small. directly next to coles practical to meet friends for coffee before they groceries. many parking spaces are available.
Coffee burnt my tongue and tasted like burnt beans and/or burnt milk, took a long time but wasn 't busy, the lady was rude and belittling to customers (in a non forced customer service role, quit your job if you don 't like people) very sarcastic and...patronising when I asked if they had any sort of menu... Umm no? we make any sort of coffee? What do you want Well I 'm not too sure which is why I thought id like to see a menu but no worries When I just ordered a latte, i got a raised eyebrow assuming a menu wouldn 't have helped, although if I 'd known the options I might 've given the thing more of a challenge. As I wasn 't willing to waste my money trying something unusual on someone who clearly didn 't give a rats or seem experienced. As a barista of 7 years myself. 1/10 would not go again...
