El desayuno muy bueno, el lugar agradable, solo el servicio no fu muy bueno, en el tiempo que estuve ahí no pasaron si estaba todo bien y yo quería pedir más café por más que trataba de hacer contacto visual con la mesera ella nunca volteo a verme se pasaba de largo, ya cuando nos llevo la cuenta fue la única ocasion en que se acerco a nuestra mesa y nos preguntó su queríamos más cafe o si todo estaba bien Ver todas las opiniones.

Annateya took my order wrong when i came back she told me it was my fault even though i cant see the screen at night due to brightness because i am handicapped. She said thats not her problem. I said excuse me get your manager. I then told her manager Geraldine do your employees even have customer service skills and she said im sorry we are short staffed. And i said that is not my problem for her to talk to me like that. I will pay for what she didnt charge me but i want my receipts. She gave them to me shaking. I hope this girl learns something. We are never going back to taco bell in napa again!!!! UPDATE: MISSED TACO BELL SO WENT BACK AFTER A FEW YEARS. BAD DECISION! Took over 5 minutes for the order taker to complete my order. He had to have a rude lady come help him several times. She even had to take over the order. Still messed up my order and i had to drive back to get the item they missed. When i paid i asked for the receipt but was so frustrated from the people behind me honking since they kept forgetting items and i had to keep asking for the items. They rude lady helping me at the window was bothered i asked for more sauce for my dozen items and only received 2 fire sauces. i drove off to check my items. Get home had to go back. I went back to get the item from the inside from a nice older gentleman with a beard who applogized for the messed up order. I informed him my order was messed up several time and was upset with the service from the window. I thanked him and tried to pay for the item they forgot to charge me for but he wouldn't let me. Just appreciate his service but they dont wear name tags anymore OR HAVE KIDS MEALS.
My burrito was flaccid as hell as if they barely filled it. it was honestly kinda funny and it tasted ok but the insides we so liquidy and it was so mushy that it was incredibly difficult to bite into without all the fillings spilling out the top. they should have put a straw in my bag to help me eat as it was almost as if i had to drink my burrito before biting the tortilla just so that this erectile deficient burrito wouldn't spill all over my lap. some of it even spilled on my shirt which is a fate worse than death because im going to the one and only boonvile hotel snd restaurant after this and i don't have a change of clothes with me. meaning now everyone at boonvile hotel and restaurant is going to see my taco bell burrito stained shirt and mock me for my little limp burrito diet. this has overall been a disappointing experience, totally coming back tho. taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell taco bell
I asked for 2 beefy 5 layer burritos not trynna b a karen or anything but 1 they came out flat and on top no meat ? like if you had no meat could’ve said and i would’ve ordered something else
