Overall, not horrible. I got the slider tower and the burgers didn't have much flavor. Fries were meh. Husband got the millionaire bacon burger and his was delicious. We were told we could only sit at the bar even though there were numerous empty tables. We were told they were reserved. Upon leaving an hour and a half later, they were mostly still empty.

I visited the Naperville location because I had a bad experience at the Schaumburg location when I arrived I was quickly seated had the best server ever named Marco. His customer service was great he made sure we had everything we needed. I actually live in Schaumburg but I will drive to this location if it means I can dine comfortably with excellent customer service. Thank You Marco

This restaurant will be one of my very few goto’s. I am very satisfied with their menus and reasonable prices on the birthday event held today as well as the service. This is the best restaurant for me compared to the nearby ones. I, family, relatives and friends had been on all of the nearby restaurants many times and this is the best for me which is my first time today.

I wanted to give one star because the service was horrendous. However, the food is the reason for 3 stars. Server didn’t check on us at all, food took well over an hour to arrive, we had to flag him down for drinks. They were not busy, so there was absolutely no reason for the horrific service. I’ve been a server, and have never left a negative review, however, this deserves one. Teach your staff customer service skills. Horrible, will never return.

My family went to dinner here yesterday. It was the worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant in a while. We had a reservation and were seated right away, but it took about 30 minutes for the waiter to get our drinks. When he finally came back, we stopped him from leaving so he could take down our appetizers. We didn’t get to place our dinner order until being there for almost 2 hours.
