Wendy's - Naperville

Website and store says open until 1am. Placed an order online, which went through. Showed up a little past 12am to the drive thru that said it was open. Sat at the menu/intercom area for minutes, and nothing. Drove up to the window and they refused to even open the window to address my already placed and confirmed order, saying they're closed. I tried to tell them about my already placed order, but they wouldn't hear it out, just saying they're closed.

Made me feel good, at 9:45 when I wanted to order 4 frosties and all 3 employees decided to hide from the us

I used the drive through so can't come to on atmosphere. All though someone told me the remodeled the place since the last time I went in. And they have a fireplace. So cool gonna go check it out sometime down the line.

Today I had a single hair in my burger, and ya know what? I can live with it because this location has CONSISTENTLY given me the best quality food and drink at the best prices, even compared to other Wendy’s’. I also recommend this one over the Bolingbrook and other Naperville location!

Atmosphere is ok nothing impressive by any mean's. Food is really good almost always fresh no matter what time of day. Service is great everybody is nice and friendly. One of the best Wendy’s in the area.
