Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Naples

Place smells like burnt plastic and the service is extremely slow. They don't seem to follow the simple recipes either since they stop blending and add more ingredients in the middle of every blend, not to mention they only make 1 smoothie at a time regardless of people ordering the same flavors and them having 4 blender bases. What is supposed to be a quick and pleasant experience is an extremely lengthy and hard to breathe through process. Waited 45 minutes for a kids smoothie only having 4 smoothies ahead of me. Shouldn't take almost an hour to blend 5 smoothies

We went to this location as we were in Naples and love Tropical Smoothie. The prices have gone up as with everything unfortunately. But we still ordered as we always get good service and quality food from there. There were only two people behind the counter so it took the gentleman a couple minutes to attend to me. Then once we ordered and paid the food and smoothies came in a reasonable amount of time. Again we have never been disappointed. They were efficient, friendly and the quality was great. Thank you for always staying consistent no matter which location we choose. Would highly recommend a visit.

Always always always forget the damn salsa. Learn how to do your job.

The worst store ever! Only two employees who work as slow as molasses!!! It took them over 30 mins to make food with no one in the store. Not to mention that I will never be back to this location bc of all the flies all over the dishes near the sink area.

I ordered door dash and the door dash was about to give me someone's else order told him that it wasn't mine then hands me my order. When I got inside my house realized my smoothies were correct my food said someone's else name. I went to tropical smoothie my self and the employee Chris was very polite and nice to re do my sandwich. Due to all the inconvenience chris was very helpful. He can for sure do his job.
