They helped the team. But me the bus driver. I had to ask someone to come and take my order.Drive through was not that busy. I feel it was because of my skin color. All I wanted was a malt. I won't be back
We where told we could not be severed cause the dinner closed at 9pm. There was several costumers in the lobby and as they walked out said the works inside said to lock the door so they could close early. I'm not sure how they keep the doors open withservice like this. Was told to gothrough the drive through but like I said I support places with such poor service.
The food isn't bad, but I have some concerns about its preparation. On my last few visits, when I ordered a burger with fries and a drink, I experienced stomach cramps and pain just 15-20 minutes after eating. I suspect it might have been a case of food poisoning or something similar.
I was the only one in line at the drive-thru, yet I had to repeat my order twice. When I got home, my order was still wrong. There seemed to be too much personal conversation happening, and not enough focus on serving customers.
The food was unpleasant, tasting as though it had been cooked in old grease, with a burnt flavor that was very disappointing.
