Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe dining room is NOT open, although the website says so. I ordered a 16 piece meal and received only 1/2 of my order (8 pieces chicken NOT 16 AND 4 cookies NOT 8). I paid with my credit card and DIDN'T received a welcome. It was dark and couldn't say anything until I came home. I THOUGHT was in the bag that it turned out it wasn't. I called the restaurant and it took 10-15 rings before the phone was answered. I was told that I should return my reception and present it to the mgr in service, and I would receive the missing items.
People (customers) have to go through in order to realize it?s not always the staff working, that is the cause of the line moving slowly. There are PLENTY of customers who sit on the speaker or in the window on the phone, order something completely different from food, or just stare at the menu not know what they want. Other examples are when customers order AT to add the window instead of the order box in which the order is placed. Restaurants cook not only any item on the menu if you order it, some things can be, but the majority that the chicken can not be, it takes time and it does not only come a piece at a time to cook. There are procedures that staff HAS to cook the chicken and if customers have really big orders before you and they took all the chicken that is cooked, then there is nothing staff can do but follow procedures to cook more chicken that takes time. The staff wants to take you in and out as soon as possible, because you believe it or not the majority of restaurants by car have timer and the staff in difficulty when the time targets are not fulfilled, so the next time your in a ride through and your just sit you remember some of it, bc it just you that?s keep the line not the staff. ALSO the majority of companies are underoccupied and the employees who work are tired because they try to keep it out so that you can come to eat and feed your children so that you did not have to cook at home. Feel free to grab an application or come inside and apply if you can do it better!
Very rude staff, it needs some help in cleaning aspect, as it was dirty when I left, and the floor was very sticky, and there was a spilled drink without wet soilmark. Don't come back.
I love hanging around with the colonel! I ate KFC? My whole life! On the way there immediately to get a 3pc chicken!
The person at the counter at least was pleasant to talk to. No smiles on any staff, the lack of cleaning was apparent, bowls on the floor, food on counters, nothing wiped up after use and floor very sticky, Chicken dry, oder missing items if I had not ordered on line and paid already I would have walked out. I will not eat there again. Their Sanitation score was a 94 which actually surprised me.
