Mamoun's is a quick, casual Mediterranean spot in New Haven. The place is dimly lit and a little dated but perfect when you're looking for something yummy,...
On the late Friday evening there was a falafel teller. I liked the falafels. they had a good taste and were well made, not under or over fried, and you have to taste their own hot sauce! it screams hot and has an excellent taste. the restaurant itself has a lot of character and some very interesting antique artefacts. the personal is also friendly. the only thing I didn't like was cleanliness; I feel the place could be cleaner. I will surely visit them again and the best part is that they are late open!
This restaurant is small, but it is rustic, aesthetic appealing and the staff is politely polite! the food drink is delicious (especially for her tamarind potion sandwich), which are sitting areas appropriately clean; eating in was a great experience! overall it is a wonderful little place that is out of the way, quiet, and good eating!
