Susuru Ramen Gyoza - Newcastle

Eat them ramen with budding vegan options on the menu like gyoza! really easy to order what is vegan and clear. really enjoyed my eating here and the staff were super nice

I am absolutely addicted to the vegan curry rays and donburi! they have changed the recipe recently and it is now even better than before

The curry rays was filthy. lumpy curry cubes were not well mixed in the suppe at the bottom of the suppe at all. the noodles were very simple 2 minute noodles similar to the brand maggi and the suppe super watery. the crumbled tofu was nice. the gyoza was also bad, the sause tasted like saki mixed with sesamesame, the gyoza itself was simply bad. old, dry, just not good. I don't like wasting food, so I ended it, but it was a fight to finish. supermarket gyoza is better. the restaurant was over staff and the restaurant was less than half empty, so I don't know why the quality was so low, it's not as if they were under the pump.

My partner and I came here on our last trip to newcastle. I loved the vegan gyoza and Alterashi tofu. the raves were good, but not great. we prefer the vegan curry wheels over the regular vegan rams. the prices were reasonable. I would give this place 3.5 stars if I could

Read all the reviews so specifically came here on a trip to Newcastle and it didn’t disappoint. Both of the vegan ramen dishes were amazing. The vegan gyoza were yum, but not as good as the ramen. Very friendly staff and get design and atmosphere.
