Ko Modern Korean Cuisine - Newtown

After 30 minutes of sitting, no one came to wait for us to ask for a waiter and no one showed up to take an order. Would recommend not choose this place if you expect a bare minimum restaurant service. Very disappointed Would recommend to choose Mt.Fuji near this place instead

Last night in this restaurant. It was the last time. I can predict that they're going out of business, as 3 other restaurants in this mall have already closed. We just ordered sushi to find out they don't offer it anymore. Then we asked for their special salads on the menu just to find out they don't offer them. Shrimp tempura we were told they didn't offer it either. We ordered Galbi, which was terrible, and Bokchoi, who tasted like they put a salt shaker on him. We paid the bill and left. We'll never be back.

My husband and I took us to dinner last night with three years. The service was slow, but we expected that because it was a shield directly when you stated that they temporarily did not serve / preparation sushi due to a staff shortage. We stayed patient, although we had to alert the servers every time we needed something. However, the food was delicious! We ordered dumplings (Chicken cilantro and Beef/Pork), KFC and Beef and Pork Bulgogi Platters. Everything was so good and we look forward to eating our left! If you think about going, do it! Just be patient with the staff and not in a schedule.

The waiter has forgotten to include an expensive food item in my collection. I called and provided appropriate information to repay the money. I called three times since the incident and was promised every time that the problem would be solved. I'm still waiting to see the money in my account and now I'm doubtful that this will happen. As a loyal customer for the last 8 years, I had expected a better treatment.

This place has a very cool vibe. Super modern. The main dishes were good, as were the tacos we ordered as an appetizer. I 'm taking a star off for the dumplings though. They left a lot to be desired. The staff is super friendly and attentive. Definitely try it but skip the dumplings.
