Mercato Market Cafe - Niagara Falls

Gd place and it had lots of option like frozen yogurt and waffles and quick snack. But the place always smells like something is burned.

Hilton Hotel is the perfect location across the fallsview casino! However, I walked into the Starbucks (Mercato Market Cafe) at 7:15 a.m. and an older lady (in her 40s) was very impatient and abruptly rude! Treating me as if I was 13 years old! I'm actually in my late 20s and I wasn't feeling well because I have the flu. I only had 20 dollars in my pocket because my wallet was in my room. I am actually shocked because it's December 14th and it's holiday season! I never even got a good morning. That lady should probably get another job then interacting with customers on a daily basis!

Rip off tourist trap. $16 for 2 coffees, They had basket of stale muffins, butter tarts for $6.50 Passed on those, went across hall for chocolate bars, 3.99 each. Stay away from this area altogether, would have been cheaper to order room service from the Hilton I was staying at.

Other than the Gelato and Starbucks, nothing much interesting here. Food looked old. I won 't disclose any names, but the woman there was really rude to us. She was like, sigh, can you please choose what flavor of GELATO do you want?!?

Conveniently located at front entrance, opens early for fresh coffee and bakery products. Although not a full Starbucks, serves Starbucks coffee.
