Service is a 1 star! Girl at counter was kind of rude when I asked what the portion size of the rib tips were. She rudely replied ones a bigger portion and ones a smaller portion. Well no duh!! I 'm not damn idiot! Most places would reply 6-7 tips for a small and 12-13 for a large or maybe a half pound versus a pound. Not a rude ones bigger . Now to the food! Overall I 'd give the food 4 stars! The negatives on the food was I hardly got any fries, maybe 8 total if that. The sauce was good, the tips overall were good except for 1 or 2 kind of tough ones. I 'm from South Bend so I definitely wouldn 't come out of the way for the rude service but if I were in Niles again I would possibly give them another chance to redeem themselves on the service. Hands down was of the worst experiences I’ve had with chicken. If I wasn’t in a rush, I would’ve sent the food back. I’m sure I just got a bad batch but it was pretty bad. Chicken was so over cooked that I couldn’t get through 50% of what was served to me. This place was a go to spot for my lunch breaks when I worked in Buchanan. Their food was always so good, so I chose them to cater my wedding. It was a HIT!! Everyone loved it! Best thing about being an adult, is you get to eat Mac n cheese and BBQ ribs on your wedding day! I couldn't have made a better decision. And the leftovers were my favorite! I heard about it I came I conquered and mad I didn 't get more Lol. Niles always has the low key best food spots and I am so glad I found Curly Q 's. From the customer service to the food ... all 5 's! The Mac and cheese is to die for though I will be back and be looking out for the review posted on my TikTok @adubbiephresh !
