I have to drive all the way to the Charleston location to buy because this location is always low quality.
I witnessed the absolute most abhorrent treatment of your employee Crystal by a very large feml (W) as well as the General Manager. To give a synopsis, I stood at the register area for about 3 minutes prior to Crystal having to stop what she was doing just to assist me. This is because the larger female described above looked at me and completely ignored me. I asked for a side order of the spicy pepper relish, and Crystal turned to her co-worker to ask how to charge for the request. The larger woman literally rolled her eyes in front of her and said, I 'm not going to answer that question. Ask someone else. Crystal looked positively dejected and walked to the back to speak with the manager (still in eye view). Crystal repeatedly tried to get her attention (she was dealing with bread), and the manager said, What?! in an exasperated voice. I then heard the manager ask, What size does she want?. and Crystal responded. When Crystal came back and asked me, I told her the small container and also inquired on whether this specific location was a franchise or reported to corporate. She went and got the manager, who attempted to give me an attitude until I asked the specific question directly to her. She then advised me that He (owner) does not handle any customer complaints, I do. She never inquired about what the issue was. Well, thankfully, this survey printed on the receipt. I will absolutely be posting this on Google.
In today’s time I understand that businesses are under staffed but when your order is made wrong and you have to return once you’ve gone home you would think they would offer more than just sorry. Free chips, drink or cookie. No you get sorry then hear what I assume is a manager saying to the staff what’s with all the orders being made wrong. Truly sad especially when I love capriottis.
1-21-2024 7:42 PMThe customer service was crappy at best... the sandwich was decent and edible at best... Didn't care for the attitude of the cashier Rae' nor was it ok that the restaurant was being prepped to close an hour and a half early presenting a messy environment... boxes on the cutting table... Management needs to address the stated issues.
