Potbelly's is the best sandwich franchise I've had. Great to see the Indianapolis area has more than the one downtown.
Nice people, but the food was midling quality and seriously overpriced. When I pay Jewish Deli prices and get McDonalds meals, its not a good sign.
Completely butchered our order, nothing was fresh, gave us a major attitude about it, when we got to the window to explain the situation they slammed the window...

It was hard to find a clean table. Sandwich could of used more meat on it. Probably won't visit there again.
