Emmi's Waffel & Crepes

Because the grand- grand- fathers of our family emiograted to all over the world, we have lots of family members in North and Sout America, in South Africa, in Scandinavia, in Far East (Singapore, Hongkong), in Middle East (Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Dubai, Abu Dhabi), and in Australia/ New Zeland.All these family members enjoy visits to us and of course we show them the river Rhine and they are surprised about the German "Waffeln" in this place, especially their children between 3 - 18 ys. love the "Waffeln".We have several e-bikes and we invite our international guests to make an e-bike tour with us at the river Rhine. One of the favorite stops to eat and drink is this place. You can visit this place in any season, and at any weather (even on rainy or windy or cold days). You'll enjoy the Waffeln and a good cappuccino/ coffee!

I use to go here for waffles with sour cherry sauce good 10 years ago when I lived in Düsseldorf. So glad this place is still going strong. I swear I have never had waffles so good in my life. They are always baked fresh and served hot and the cherry sauce is heavenly. 1000% recommended

Had a Nutella and banana crepe. Was good. Cost 5 euros so,not sure if this was overpriced but still good. This meal would cost less than 1 euro in South Africa.

Just try out the waffle..kinda lemony and the taste is really good! i think its the best waffle in düsseldorf oldcity
