Zepp's Pizza - North Canton

I received a text coupon and decided to order a pizza. I picked it up 35 minutes later. The process was quick and easy, and the pizza was delicious.

We enjoy supporting our local small businesses, particularly when the food is so delicious!

I ordered some wings for delivery and received a text asking for my feedback. I shared my experience, but the owner called me and seemed unhappy with my comments. He promised to call me back, but that was a week ago. They've lost my business for good. If they can’t handle criticism, they shouldn’t ask for it or at least try to improve. This was my experience, and it wasn't great, just my opinion.

Great pizza!! Good amount of toppings and cheese at a reasonable price

Places an order with a man and said it would be ready in 30minutes. Went to pick it up and the girl said she had no order. Verified the number we called and it was correct. The girl at the counter didn’t apologize or offer to make the pizza. Third time we have had an issue. Apparently they don’t need our business!!
