The line was long, the online orders were rolling in, they were out of chocolate chip cookies and they only had two staff members on shift but it was WORTH the wait! Miss Judy and Savannah held it DOWN!No idea who the manager or owner of this location are but they OWE these ladies a raise and support because it was a load greater than any two ppl should bare.If you have it, tip your service workers because giving every customer a satisfactory experience is NOT easy!Keep going above and beyond Miss Judy and Savannah!
Awful!!!! I I went to Subway for lunch on my lunch break. I stood in line for 20 minutes just for them to tell me the toaster was broke. The employees were rude and moving. Super slow on their phone didn't care that there was at least 10 people in line, the manager stick her head around the corner. She saw the line but did not come out to help, absolutely ridiculous
Waited on them to fix my order thru door dash for an hour and a half then they told me some “Mexican looking dude” picked it up then cancelled the order because it was 10mins till closing time !!!!! Complete waste of my time!!!!
Ordered online and arrived at the designated time to pick up. Food wasn’t even started and then they took orders from walk in customers before they even began making our order. What’s the point of ordering online if our orders get made late and AFTER walk-ins? Staff was also extremely rude. Will not be coming back to this location and very disappointed.
We came in with a coupon, buy a footlong get a footlong free, and when we go to the register they say we do not take coupons, corporate sends them out and we are a franchise subway, they did nothing to please us customers, and one of the workers seemed a bit moody. Don’t recommend coming here!!
