Ipic Theaters - North Miami Beach

I’d never been to this small theater but was so pleasantly surprised! It was really clean, seats were very comfortable, food was great, service was on point, parking not a problem, prices were cheaper than expected. I may never go to a regular movie theater again. ?

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this iPic location, and I feel compelled to share my frustration. The evening was marred by a series of mishaps that left me questioning the quality of customer service at this establishment.First and foremost, the button to call the servers in our movie theater stayed on for an inordinate amount of time without any response. After waiting patiently, my companion and I had to take matters into our own hands. We went outside to the bar area to explain the issue to a worker, but she seemed to disregard our concerns entirely and proceeded to take my order as if nothing had happened.To make matters worse, what happened next was truly baffling. During a screening of a horror movie that was clearly rated for mature audiences, a baby, who appeared to be no older than 1-2 years old, was allowed into the theater. This decision was not only irresponsible but also disrupted the viewing experience for everyone present. Throughout the movie, I had to endure the baby's noises and watch videos being played on an iPad in a futile attempt to calm the child down. This was not only distracting but entirely unacceptable.The overall experience was marred by these issues, and I found it impossible to enjoy the movie in such circumstances. I urge IPic to take immediate action to improve their customer service and enforce age-appropriate restrictions for movie screenings. Such incidents not only ruin the experience for paying customers but also reflect poorly on the establishment's commitment to quality service.In conclusion, my recent visit to iPic was marred by poor customer service and an unfortunate incident involving a baby in a mature-rated movie. I hope that my feedback will prompt the necessary improvements to prevent such disappointing experiences in the future.

A great experience all around—reserved seating, no lines or crowding, ample reclining chairs, attentive service, friendly staff, a flavorful food menu and fine cocktails.

The staff actively try to ruin your cinema experience. They are incredibly interruptive. They stomp up and down the aisles and shine their phone’s lights in your face. One staff member, during the showing of ‘…Demeter’ last night, had a radio on them, volume turned up, and just at a tense moment of the movie, her radio screeches ‘IS KEISHA ON THE FLOOR?! IS KEISHA WORKING? CAN SHE COME TO THE BAR?!’ Horrendous. If you love cinemas and love movies, give this place a wide berth. This experience is why streaming services are winning. I will never return.

I highly recommend IPIC to those who enjoy being catered to. You can sit back, relax, enjoy a movie and have a glass of wine, or a delicious cocktail. The customer service is hands down exceptional.
