The staff is much friendlier since the pandemic. It may be due to the higher wages. There is a lot more to offer. The coffee is still excellent!
I ordered a simple coffee at the restaurant. However, the car in front of me decided it was the perfect time to have a lengthy conversation with the employee, causing me to wait for 10 minutes. When I finally reached the window, I handed the girl my money, but she ended up dropping my change and other items on the floor. I was left wondering who hired these individuals. To top it off, the coffee I received was cold, and the employee was rude. Overall, my experience at Dunkin' was disappointing.
Worst customer service i’ve experienced on multiple accounts. when i go in the lobby to order, i have to wait for more than 5 minutes just to listen to the employees yell and laugh until they notice i’m there. when they finally take my order, it never comes out correct. i’ve worked in fast food before and i know what it’s like but this place is so unprofessional. nobody is wearing their masks correctly, and nothing is ever stocked. i cant imagine how unprofessional the manager has to be
Terrible spot to get coffee. I had ordered a coffee with ONLY 3 cream. When I got it I tasted it and it tasted terrible. There was way too much creamer in it looked like they put 10 creams. They just don’t care if they get your order wrong. Before they use to make their coffee really good now they make it bad. Most definitely do not recommend.
