Frankies - North Somerset

Our daughter and six-year-old grandson recommended Frankie's and Benny's for a meal before heading home from a shopping trip. We were hesitant at first, as we hadn't had the best experiences at their locations in the past. However, we were pleasantly surprised this time. The manager greeted our grandson at our table, engaged him in conversation and even made jokes with him. Our server, Tom, was very friendly and attentive, especially towards our grandson. The menu had improved since our last visit and the food arrived quickly and was delicious. Tom checked on us multiple times to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The manager even promised our grandson a free dessert if he finished his lasagna, which kept us entertained while we ate. Overall, the food was hot and tasty, the portions were generous, and the staff were fantastic. We will definitely be returning next time we shop in Street. Great job, guys!

Friendly, accommodating staff. Affordable food and quick service. Open for breakfast at 8 am on a Sunday morning. Could be even better with food served on hot plates.

Called in by chance after arriving in Weston Super Mare. We found the food and the service were very good.

The restaurant offers fair prices, excellent fish with a freshly cooked, deliciously crispy batter. The beautiful views and complimentary ice cream add to the experience. The service from the friendly and helpful young lady was also a highlight.

The restaurant was empty yesterday, which should have been a hint considering the packed crowd next door. We started with drinks, but they got our order wrong - the kids' coke was flat and they didn't drink it. The kids' chips had very few on the plate and didn't look appealing. They also came before our drinks with no cutlery, so we had to ask for some. We didn't bother trying anything else on the menu after the disappointing chips. The outdoor furniture was old and wobbly, with rotten tables. I think giving it 1 star is being generous - we won't be coming back.
