Starbucks Canada - North Vancouver

Love this little Starbucks. Servers are always extremely friendly and there’s a great system where you can order on the app. Drinks are always great although I probably wouldn’t get the apple caramel frappe again as it tasted very strong of spices like perfume. I usually go for the strawberry frappe which is a nice treat. Only issue is that a number of times my partner has ordered an iced drink however he got a hot one instead. He’s not one to make a fuss so he just takes it. It’s not that big of a deal but it can be frustrating for him.

Staff are great. Food is mediocre at best. We ordered coffee and food for a meeting at work. The sandwiches were dry, ingredients inside were not spread out properly, and everything was cold even though our office is a 5 min walk away. The croissant and lemon loaf were dry. Everything tasted like it was made last week. We also ordered coffee beans. When we opened the bag there was a note saying opps we don 't have those beans in stock . So, why not asked us to choose another bean that is in stock? I don 't know why Starbucks is so busy and popular.

Don’t know how to make a cappuccino. They serve a latte and think that’s right .

I'll start with the lack of star. They open at 5 am (which is great). But if you get a particular manager, nothing is ready. Coffee isn't brewed etc. So I can't reliable stop In there with my time schedule.

This is the only Starbucks that can never fail you!! Worth the trip, such kind souls that brighten your day care for your needs. Every single staff at this location goes up beyond to make sure you have a good experience leave happy. Honoured to have this Starbucks apart of my Routine.
