Red Lobster - North York

The customer service of frau chris. at the location dufferin is terrible. she treats you like a beggar and then asks for a tip. if they don't give it to her, she adds it to her bill. Terrible! I will never visit red lobsters because of this dame again! not only was her service bad, but the food she served me was salty to the point where I could not finish my meal. red lobster!

I went there last night with my friends and enjoyed everything. appetizers and main food are the best. their cocktails were also very good. her portion was enough for 2 people. I love it. it is very nice place for friends to collect or couple date.

Eating and service was awesome! lisa offers excellent customer service during this endless shrimp event. she was quick with our commands and has always checked to make sure we are in order. the food was delicious and the worth was on point. the virign bahama mama and pina colada were perfectly produced. the restaurant was clean and all covid safety protocols were fulfilled. the gm phillip was also friendly and friendly. he encouraged us to come back to what we will definitely be.

Recently started in a restaurant for the first time since the pandemic! from all places I am glad that I have chosen red lobster! our server and the rest of the staff really took care of us and made our culinary experience so much better! all the food we ordered came fast, hot and very tasty! all the dishes we had would definitely recommend! appetizers like jumbo cocktail garnels, kokos garnelen, sweet chili garnels and of course the stuffing salads! we had the cajun linguini, garnelen linguini, garnelentrio and the new wagyu rindfleischburger! desserts were the brownie welle and the brownie overboard! total experience was more than 5 stars! definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I go to this specific red lobster location because of the friendly staff and excellent customer service provided here.This was our second visit, where we were warmly greeted by Lucile (I believe) at the front desk who was welcoming with a smile. Our server, Winston very attentive, engaging and professional.The quality of seafood for the price also keeps us returning to red lobster. My boyfriend is a seafood lover while I am not. I appreciate that they have introduced several additional menu items that do not have seafood.The Cajun Chicken Alfredo pasta had a kick to it while the chicken was tender and juicy.Would highly recommend this restaurant!
