Tim Hortons - North York

For the 4 consecutive time i bought small double double coffee and it tasted like water'd down milk with almost no taste of coffee. @timhortons must investigate.

I went to order black coffee, asked for cream/milk/sugar on the side. The lady at the front counter was rude. They act as if thry are giving things out of their own pocket. She was whispering in Chinese to her co-worker and laughing! These people should learn what customer service is!!!

6 people at the front and NO ONE to get the orders ready or correct. For my coffe I waited 19 min after I pay my order. Evertonecrunning but NOT getting things done. Is a DISASTER!!

Parking space is hard to find and you always have to walk a distance because there is no parking

The employees here work hard, and have an excellent sense of customer service.
