I reserved a table for me and my mum ..After ordering our meal we had to wait for over an hour.. we ordered a roast meal and when it came out it was absolutely terrible icold and the vegetables were shrivelled up we told the waitress and she took mine back to reheat.. most awful experience I've had with food and I was with my mum this evening because my dad used to go in there together but has now passed away I felt really sad and let down and disappointed because the meal was absolutely awful I was just sad because l have always rated the Britannia as a quality restaurant .. what on Earth happened?
