I gave the service 2 stars because on the waitress dropped the food and went without saying what it was. we tried to call her back, but she didn't even make eye contact before she left. we had to advise who eats, it was a matter of origin when we asked another waitress, they said they were not safe. we appreciate it was busy, but when I asked for more soße, I thought it would come with my meal. I asked 2 other waiters and it never came. One of the people I ordered with 2 mosquito tails ordered. they never came and when he asked another waitress, they said they had run out and offered koks. I feel like if we had never asked another waitress, he would have been charged for something he would never have received, or he would not have said they had run out. that was nice to eat.

Food is always amazing here, every single member of staff are really friendly and always happy to help! The atmosphere is lovely and cosy, can’t wait to come back soon :

Great service, our food came out really quick. The food was outstanding! Will definately be visiting again.

The services was so poor! They brought one persons food out then we was sat for 10 mins waiting for the other persons food, took them 40 mins to bring our drinks out. Half the stuff they post on Instagram isn’t actually on the menu!

We had good expectations before being seated. However, It took over 30 minutes for our cocktails to arrive. And over 1hr 15 mins for our food. In the end we had to get up and leave. Worst experience in a Resturant I have ever had. The staff were very dismissive,rude, inattentive and didn’t seem to care that we got up and left.
