Pizza Hut - Nottingham

The food was ok.. but the overall experience was not nice at all!!! The food took ages to get prepared, and we waited for more than 30 mins for our deserts. The service was ok, and happy to help us, but the delay in our food just destroyed our day!! In addition, ordering online made it more difficult (something which is not their fault). Finally, the plates and the overall hygiene was poor !!

Yeah was ok, pepperoni was enjoyable and the spicy beef one but found the spicy chicken one a bit boring. The nachos were over cooked but ok not worth the money. Could have done with some dip with the pizza as well as the ones i paid extra for.

Visited with a friend last week, when we got the was greeted by a girl on the door who told is it was going to be about 5 minutes which was fine, once seated she told us about the deal they did! A girl came over and took our order food arrived very quickly and was very nice restaurant was very tidy, will be returning in the future

My friend and I split a half-and-half pizza at this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious! The restaurant was busy and the garlic bread arrived a little late, but the waitress and manager were very apologetic and even took it off our bill as a kind gesture. Special thanks to our waitress, Doreen (or Doors!), for taking care of us!

The manager and Jemima C were both fantastic staff members at the restaurant. The manager went above and beyond to accommodate our unusual MSG allergy. The only thing that prevented us from giving it a 5-star rating was the lack of cleanliness.
