Texas Roadhouse - Novi

My review was triggered by a pickup order today that wasn’t as good as dine in: it was ready and up front with the hostess but had to wait 7 minutes for someone to come up front and had me the bags. Weird. Dine in is great due to fun environment and food that is hot, tasty and a great value.

I give this 2 stars based on my last experience only. The music was extremely loud, even the waitress noted it (prior to me mentioning). I asked if it could be turned down as I couldn 't speak with my friend. I asked a few times and was told they 'd try, and just ignored it. The manager came by, and I mentioned I asked a few times and it was really loud. He was very rude, said the music is toe tapping culture of Texas Roadhouse and they are all very loud. I 've been to a few different locations, they 're not! Also, prior to my music issue, my steak was raw (not med-rare), when it was brought back it was over well done. The manager kinda just slid it over to me and walked away. That happens, and the waitress was very pleasant about the whole thing. I 'm a service worker, so I rarely say anything, I still tipped well, this was just no way to treat a customer.

Brought our young grand daughters. Best service we've had in a long time. Thank you Jordan. Food ordered was excellent. Manager was in the ball. I'm pretty tough to get 5 Stars from but it was well deserved!!Kid-friendliness: The girls, 8 and 10 suggested we come. Th y lived it!

Came in on a Friday night. Parking lot was packed, almost turned around and left. So glad I didn’t!Waited less than 30 minutes for a table, was promptly greeted by our server and had our meals in no time at all!Food was perfect, steak done just as ordered. Wait staff and manager were friendly and efficient.10 out of 10! Awesome experience!

Second time at this restaurant, went in for dinner on Sunday around 5pm and quite dissapointed with the quality of food and customer service this time. Waitstaff was slow and kitchen ran out of gravy. One of my friends had multiple hairs on her dish and food was too over seasoned and not very appetizing.
