Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI normally don't have issues at this location, but today I placed a mobile order when I was 5 minutes away; I got there and waited while the staff stood around on their phones for another 10 minutes before they even started making my order. AND THESTORE WASN'T BUSY! I placed my order at 11:58am and no one started making it till 12:14pm. I've been coming here for 9 years andnever had this problem. Sad to say I won't be back.
Ordered ahead for walk in on my way to work, just to find out they locked the front door at 3pm with a worker just sitting at the table taking a break. So we had to wait in the drive thru line behind 5 cars. Then we find out they hadn?t even started ourorder so we had to wait another 10 minutes at the window. No point in ordering ahead on your way to work if you have to wait anextra 20 minutes in the drive thru line for your prepaid order. An apology for the long wait or inconvenience would?ve been nicebut that would?ve been too much to ask.
Drive thru lady was rude and didn't make my matcha latte right. She just dumped the matcha in and didn't bother to mix it.
This Dunkin' Donuts location is just like any other, but the ordering and pick up area is quite small.
Management needs to review the surveillance footage from October 28, 2022 around 5 PM. The lady named Alexis took my order incorrectly, which was forgivable as we all make mistakes. However, what was unacceptable was her lack of shame as she cursed another customer in front of me while talking to her blonde coworker. Furthermore, I received the wrong order and when I informed Alexis that I had ordered my drink iced, not hot, she simply dumped ice in a cup and poured the hot drink over it, ruining the taste. She then gave me attitude when I asked for whipped cream. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location filled with rude employees and negative energy.
