Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI came in yesterday (October 27th) around 1:30 pm. I bought a couple of items, including a beefy cheesy tot burrito. Later on, when I finally took a few bites of the burrito, I found a little rock! I guess you could say it found me since I nearly broke my tooth on it. I'm not sure how or why there was a pebble in the burrito, but I definitely didn't eat the rest. I wrapped it back up, took the remainder of the burrito and the pebble, and drove all the way back to the Maverik. I walked in, found two employees (Jaide and another blonde lady), and asked if a manager was available, then explained the situation to them so they could relay it to the manager. The manager was on her break, but they walked over and talked to her, showed her the food and the rock. The manager didn't come and talk to me, but she did give Jaide permission to give me my money back, which was what I wanted. At no point did anyone come and talk to me about anything. Nobody apologized or said they'd look into the issue. In fact, after the chat with their manager, neither one of the employees would look at me or interact with me other than ask me how I wanted the money back, cash or card. It was bizarre because when I worked at Holiday Oil, we were super nice to our customers. If there was a problem or we made a mistake, we genuinely apologized and took responsibility and asked how we could make the experience better. In this case, I feel that they didn't care as much as they should have. And for the record, I wasn't mean, I didn't come in there screaming or belligerent. I was disappointed, yes, but I didn't have any sort of an attitude, I was very calm and was willing to talk to someone if needed. Instead, I was given my money and shrugged away. So, everyone, please watch for rocks in your food!! I hope lots of people see this review!

Always an issue trying to get gas at this Maverick and it seems like all others. Talk to 3 people and they've had the same issue.
My favorite Maverick hands down! The staff goes above and beyond to make sure I'm taken care of! If you have not tried the breakfast nachos, or the pork salad I highly recommend them! -The white hearse guy
Poor gas pump maintenance and poor customer service when you have to go inside. Pumps are in disrepair, pumps not working, card readers at different pumps not working, receipt printing at different pumps not working, etc. Go inside employees are more concerned with whatever they are doing than helping customers.
