Walts - Old Saybrook

Those of us who live in town know why we love Walt 's. The finest cuts, great soups, sanwiches and just what you need to put dinner together including items you just won 't find at the big box place. But above all, Paul and the crew will serve you with a smile, some friendly banter and if you need it, a recommendation on how best to cook that roast they just cut and prepped for you. Walt 's is unique.

Excellent service from the pharmacy. The pharmacist was pleasant, even if he worked alone, my sister and I gave our Booster vaccines and explained everything.

My place for my meat. Friday Prime Rib sandwiches are great, but come early because they are sold out.

The people at Walt are very friendly and helpful. They also make a lot of stuff in the back-deli counter itself and it is always very good. The sandwiches and soups are also great.

Friendly and well-known staff. The owner Paul is always accommodating. Jim is an excellent meat cutter.
