The cashier wasn't polite. My family's food order was not fresh as promised. I asked for spicy mustard on my turkey and bacon sandwich, the Drive-Thru-Rep said that Arby's not serving deli mustard. I've eaten Arby for years. My son asked for a chicken club sandwich with only meat and cheese. Bacon comes on a club sandwich, the cashier said that bacon did not consider meat. OMG. The bacon was uncooked. The experience was traumatic, we were the only vehicle in the line and we were treated as if we were buying 4 for 4 combos. Unacceptable, unprofessional, the food was not fresh, but the only good comment I have is the checkout mask was very handy. Get out of customer service when a paying customer upsets you when they only try to eat healthy and spend time with their family on a beautiful Sunday morning.
Great food, I wish she didn't have the gyros though, because the salad is steamed when they try it to microwave and that's just not the way it should be.
Visit the Texas area. The first contact with the person who took my order was less than desirable. We all have bad days, but that should never be reflected to a customer. Customers are the reason we have all jobs. Understand this fact and act accordingly.
