Saigon Surface - Omaha

Saigon surface is always a great experience for me, which is ordered from the Turkish, and that says a lot. Everything is always carefully prepared and the taste is always great. I recommend the ox dick pho and the mi vit tiem (red duck soup). the rolls are great and if they are looking for a different taste profile than their standard Chinese takeout eirolls. I've done pho before and it's not easy and not fast. they deliver time after the time with phenomenal taste and great service. Moreover, they probably have a hard time to end a portion pho in a session, especially if they have something like egg rolls or calamari to go with it. that is, mine has gone in the regular in less than 15 minutes, because I can't help stop that the mi vit tiem looks. rich, dark broth, which is not too heavy and absolutely stuffed with taste. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a hankerin' for Pork Bánh mì and this place nailed it! The sandwich is huge and actually makes 2 meals. Not crowded, friendly fast service. Will definitely come back. Wi-Fi password #saigonsurface

We had an amazing experience here. Sunday night, 6pm on Memorial Day weekend. No one was there when we got there, but the place quickly filled up. Our waitress was amazing and seemed to take care of everyone without missing a beat, even though she was the only wait staff on duty. I had an amazing bowl of Angus beef stew with slices of baguette and enjoyed it so much I only had the empty bowl to take a picture of since I was famished and forgot earlier.

Never had Vietnamese other than pho- this restaurant had extremely approachable foods bursting with flavors and very affordable. Our server was very attentive and the atmosphere was superb. Will be back!

Our family has really enjoyed visiting Saigon Surface while in town this week. Everything we’ve had has been excellent and the service was very good and friendly too!
