Super happy to see your employees getting some good flirting in while on duty but would be nice to not have to wait for my order for them to do so. Ordered two chicken sandwiches and one spicy sandwich. The two chicken sandwiches should have been 2 for $6 but I was charge $6 for each of them and they gave me a spicy chicken wrap instead of the sandwich which cost twice as much. Basically, I was charged double what I should have paid and received the wrong order. I tried to fill out the survey on the receipt but the code kept coming back not found, I guess they can’t even do feedback right. I doubt I’ll be back.

The food was good but since when do u charge for pickles n onions on a wrap?? We wanted to eat here on a tray but they put it in a bag to go n the lady got our drinks in the dt when there's a soda machine in the lobbY to much ice in the drink so we drunk some of it down n then dumped out some ice then refilled ourself before we headed back home to Knoxville Service: Dine in

They seem to be understaffed so they seem stressed out and not super friendly. However, the last 4 times I have been there, the food was fresh and hot. Legit, not a single thing wrong with my last 4 orders. The food tasted really good and I will keep going back. Hopefully they are able to fix the staffing issues. The food was cooked to perfection, the fries were salted perfectly. Always a pleasure going to the Burger King in Ooltewah. Will be returning on the future. Recommend it.
